The 2010 Conference

The 23rd Congress will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 5 – 8 January . This is the first ICSEI Conference to be held in this part of the world, and the University of Malaya is proud to be the first host in the region. it provides the perfect meeting place to discuss this year’s theme:

Empowering Schools for Learning: From Improvement Policy to Effective Practice.
